We have started an education policy series consisting of a series of interviews with prominent community members. Our goal is to highlight various perspectives on academic rigor, how education is changing in current era, and lessons learned that may be applicable to Brookline.

Budgeting for Excellence

Special guest Paul Levy, who recently served on the Newton School Committee. Paul has long been known for leadership, management and negotiation skills; he served as chief of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and executive director of the Mass. Water Resources Authority, among other roles, and he’s currently president of the Charles River Watershed Association.
